THE BENEFIT of JOINING SAPTA CARD - POINT REWARD: |

| 1 | You will earn point when you carry out transaction at Sapta Tours. |
| 2 | As a Sapta member, you will get special offer during promotion season. |
| 3 | The accumulative point rewards entitled for redemption of air ticket (domestic / international), hotel voucher or others product of Sapta Tours. |
| 4 | The point rewards can be nominated to your relatives, friends and families. |

TERMS and CONDITIONS |

| 1 | Minimum transaction of Rp. 1,000,000,- to get Sapta Card. (First Customer with transaction over Rp. 1.000.000 will be offered Sapta Card) |
| 2 | New Applicant must Complete the application form of Sapta Card membership and provide with copy of ID (KTP / SIM / Passport) |
| 3 | For every value Rp. 500.000 of total transactions, customer will earn 1 (one) point. |
| 4 | Point earned will be expired if no transaction in 2 years. Charge will be applied in order to prevent point from expiration.Please send us request in 2 (two) weeks. |

REDEEMING POINT REWARD |

| 1 | Customers can check earned point reward by visiting our website at http://www.saptatours.com (Enter member login ID and password) or please call us at (021) 270-2727. |
| 2 | Only Card Holder can redeem point, otherwise please provide with an authorization letter, copy of Card Holder ID card, and ID Card of Authorized Person |
| 3 | Redeem your point reward during office hours Monday - Friday from 8:30 -16:30. |
| 4 | Point earned is Non-Upgradeable, Non-Additional, and Non-Refundable |
| 5 | Ticket/ Hotel voucher refund will affect your point reward respective to the value refunded |
| 6 | Charge will be applied should you need card replacement. |

KEUNTUNGAN MENJADI ANGGOTA SAPTA CARD - POINT REWARD: |

| 1 | Setiap kali transaksi di Sapta Tours akan mendapatkan poin reward. |
| 2 | Sebagai anggota Sapta Card akan mendapatkan penawaran selama bulan promosi. |
| 3 | Apabila poin telah cukup, pelanggan akan bisa menukarkan poin reward berupa : tiket (domestic / internasional), voucher hotel, atau produk Sapta Tours lainnya. |
| 4 | Pelanggan akan mendapatkan poin apabila digunakan oleh teman / saudara / keluarga dengan menunjukkan kartu Sapta Card kepada staff kami |

SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN: |

| 1 | Minimum transaksi Rp. 1,000,000,- akan mendapatkan Sapta Card. (pelanggan pertama dengan transaksi diatas Rp. 1.000.000 akan ditawarkan Sapta Card). |
| 2 | Pelanggan baru mengisi lengkap formulir Sapta Card dan disertai foto copy identitas (KTP / SIM / Passport). |
| 3 | Setiap 1 kali transaksi sebesar Rp.500.000 atau kelipatannya akan mendapatkan 1 poin. |
| 4 | Apabila dalam 2 thn tidak ada transaksi, poin reward akan hilang. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut, harap kirim surat pemberitahuan 2 minggu sebelumnya. Pelanggan akan dikenakan biaya administrasi. |
| 5 | Syarat dan ketentuan dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu. Harap kunjungi website kami: http://www.saptatours.com untuk info lebih lengkap. |

KONDISI PENUKARAN POIN: |
|
| 1 | Cek poin kunjungi: http://www.saptatours.com (Enter member login ID and password) atau tlp ke (021) 270-2727. |
| 2 | Untuk penukaran poin, pelanggan yang namanya sesuai di data base kami harus datang ke Sapta Tours. Jika diwakilkan harus membawa surat kuasa + materai + foto copy ID yang memberi kuasa + ID asli yang diberi kuasa. |
| 3 | Waktu penukaran poin hari kerja Senin - Jumat jam 8:30 -16:30. |
| 4 | Poin reward, jika tidak mencukupi, tidak diperkenankan upgrade, tambahan uang, atau dikembalikan dengan uang. |
| 5 | Poin akan hilang, apabila tiket atau voucher hotel di refund oleh pelanggan. |
| 6 | Apabila kartu sapta card hilang, poin masih berlaku, akan diganti kartu baru, dan dikenakan biaya. |
